I graduated from the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts with a degree in Art Management (organizing exhibitions, concerts, festivals, etc.).
I worked in the field for several years and was part of a team organizing the largest children's creativity festivals. I loved what I was doing.
However, my true passion at that time was photography, which I became deeply interested in. Gradually, my hobby grew into a full-fledged freelance job, and later into a business - I even had my own photo studio for a while. I started as a simple photographer, doing family portraits, and over 12 years in the industry, I worked with celebrities and major brands, and my work was published in magazines worldwide.
I enjoyed capturing the beauty in people (or objects) and conveying it through photography, revealing, reflecting it in a way that made it evident even to them. But over such a long period of time, I learned so much, both professionally and personally. My views began to change significantly with the birth of my son.
I found myself asking again: who am I and what is my purpose? This led me to coaching, which taught me to ask the right questions, communicate in a partnership-oriented way, listen and truly hear people, and help them arrive at realizations capable of changing their lives.
My coaching sessions delved deeply and precisely, prompting me to ponder where this profound understanding of people and knowledge about them came from.
During that period, I studied a lot of literature and took several additional short-term studies, practiced a lot, until one day I got acquainted with singing bowls! I noticed how their sound has a beneficial effect on my condition and can serve as a support and key to relaxation and stress relief.
I found a school in Moscow, and it seemed to me that with this training I started a new chapter in my life. And indeed, that's how it happened.
Being there for the training, I finally felt "at home." My teacher from Moscow suggested a list of literature that everyone who starts working with sound should study. And most of all, she singled out Peter Hess. I thought, okay, as soon as I have the opportunity to buy a real book, I'll do it. But life was preparing a surprise for me!
Later, my family and I moved to Belgrade, where I immediately found a yoga studio where I could conduct group meditations with singing bowls. These practices were in high demand - spots filled up quickly, and the groups were always full.
And then I discovered Peter Hess® Academy of Sound Massage Adria Group in Belgrade. I was thrilled and deeply inspired by the opportunity to directly engage with this knowledge, and I enthusiastically began my training.
Almost a year later, I opened my own practice for individual sessions, received the long-awaited certificate as a "Peter Hess® Sound Massage Practitioner," underwent training in gong therapy, and completed the first module on fascia sound massage.
To further deepen my understanding of energies, the human energy system, health, and ways to enhance well-being, I enrolled in the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples, in the Institute of Eastern Medicine for a course in Ayurveda, and I am studying this science diligently.
Working with the sound of singing bowls is my sincere and deep love.
I feel immense gratitude every time I come into contact with singing bowls or other instruments.
I strive to share this love and gratitude with others.
Best regards,
Anastasia
